In the staging process we first understand in detail what your goals are. We get you set up with all the right tools, systems, and resources relevant to your goals. This sets your compass direction for success.
During the build phase we work on implementing the training and lifestyle guidance to advance you towards your goals. You work with your coach and your data on a weekly basis to refine this progress.
When it comes time to execute on your goals, your coach ensures you have the best shot at success by fine tuning all the final details. We loop back to step one and debrief on the cycle to iterate and improve on the next cycle.
